ABOUT US

Hi, I am Trisha

I have been the proud owner of Chicago Dance Connection since 2001.  I grew up dancing at my local studio, raised a dancer, and now love seeing the next generation of dancers.  The energy that every attendee brings and to see them working so hard in all their classes brings me such great joy.  I strive to make the best possible environment for each attendee to enjoy their convention weekend.

As your host for our events, I look forward to welcoming old friends and meeting new ones. If I can be of any assistance as you make your plans, do not hesitate to contact me.

We are ready for summer to come and to see you all at Jazz Camp.   Even during these challenging times, our passion, commitment, and enthusiasm continue to grow.  Every year we are welcoming more dancers, teachers, parents, and studios to the CDC family. We wish to welcome YOU this summer! Whether this is your first convention with us, or you are already a CDC family member, you will find CDC to be a dance experience that you do not want to miss.

We have all the wonderful things that one would expect at a convention: dance classes, competitions, costumes, companies, teachers, and trophies. We dance, laugh, and most importantly, we make friends and memories that last a lifetime. Even better than that, we have a faculty that shares more than steps, knows more than is imaginable, and cares more than you will ever believe. That’s why I surround myself with them. At Jazz Camp, the dancers always come FIRST! We pride ourselves on making everyone’s experience a positive and rewarding one with lots of FUN built-in. If it’s not fun, it’s not worth doing! Come SOAR WITH THE EXPERIENCE at Jazz Camp, July 12-14, 2024.

“I have been attending Chicago Dance Connection Summer Camp for 10 years… great guest teachers, wonderful staff and tons of fun. Now my Dance Company comes every year and we all look forward to it each summer.”

“We would like to thank the Chicago Dance Connection staff for yet another amazing weekend of dance. Our children having been attending and competing at CDC for the past 8 years. It is such an inspiring weekend for everyone involved. We also would like to thank the wonderful teachers/choreographers. They encourage the dancers to get out their comfort zones and try new styles – make new friends – and most importantly it’s about having fun!”
